Rooftop Yoga

Start your morning at the Pier 6 Rooftop overlooking the vastness of Atlantic Ocean and taking in all the elements as we connect to our body, mind and spirit through a nourishing, light and yet playful yoga flow to ease into the weekend. Slip into shavasana as you are guided into a sweet meditation to promote grounding and recharging and receive the benefits of a sound bath (15-20 minute sound healing). Class is open to all levels and modifications are provided throughout.

Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel, or blanket(s) for head/back support during the sound healing portion of the offering.

* Reiki offered during shavasana on the last Saturday of the month.
** If rain is anticipated class will be cancelled with full refund, except Eventbrite Fee.

Class starts promptly at 8 AM.
Free for registered hotel guests. Local attendees may purchase tickets online or pay $20 cash at the door.

About the teacher
Emmy, also known as the Mindful OT, is a certified and registered occupational therapist as well as a yoga instructor with two - 200 hour yoga teacher certifications, and Level 1 & 2 Reiki certified. She has brought yoga and mindfulness throughout Broward County including public and private schools, private psychotherapy practices, Holy Cross Hospital’s rehabilitation and acute care staff, private businesses and the community. She integrates her skills and experience as an occupational therapist to address self-awareness and reflection, while promoting personal growth and bringing community together. As owner and creator of Yo.T Holistic Wellness, her mission is to educate and empower the community while blending holistic modalities to promote an overall sense of wellbeing through use of mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, asana, sound healing and collaborations with other practitioners.
